Nowadays, IT cannot be neglected for greater business performance regardless
of the size of the enterprise. This event focuses on enhancing the knowledge and
effectiveness of IT solutions suitable for medium and small enterprises, and the
direct impact that these solutions can provide for these businesses.
Unfortunately, many medium and small enterprises have been left behind in the
introduction of these technologies. While many IT vendors only had models suitable
for larger enterprises during the so-called ﾒIT-bubble,ﾓ many were not able to
